Joined the organization in 1988 as USC Canada Country Director. He became the director when this organization transformed into SATUNAMA in 1998. Then he become chairperson of MERTI Yogya, a cultural promotion organization which formed as a disaster response group when a big earthquake hit Yogyakarta, from 2007. His fields of expertise range from good governance, gender, fundraising, organizational development, and strategic planning.
Prof. Johana Endang Prawitasari Hadiyono, Ph.D
Became lecturer in Faculty of Psychology Gadjah Mada University (GMU) in 1974. A Professor of Clinical Psychology, she also teaches in the GMU Graduate Study Program and in the State University of Malang graduate study program. Holding a Ph.D. degree from Clinical Psychology Department of Psychology University of Arizona, Tucson, USA, she is a member of several organizations such as the Indonesian Society of Psychology (HIMPSI), the American Psychological Association (APA), the International Council of Psychologists (ICP), and theInternational Network for Rational Use of Drugs (INRUD). She also writes in several national and international journals.
Dra. Retno Suhapti, MA,
Works as a lecturer in the Faculty of Pshycology of Gadjah Mada University and in Public Health Science at the Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University. She is also the Head of the Psychodiagnostic Tool Development Unit in the Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University and a team member of the National Board of Accreditation in The Education of Professional Psychology. In 2001 she joined the writing team of New Student Reception Selection in Gadjah Mada University. She currently serves as Chairperson of Indonesian Collective Psychology. Between 1983 and 1998, she joined the Center for Women Studies and Culture Center Studies of Gadjah Mada University as a researcher in the field of women and psychology.
Protasius Hardono Hadi

Teaches at the Faculty of Law, Atmajaya University. Chief of the Law Laboratory of Atmajaya University, he has a post doctoral degree from Gadjah Mada University. Besides holding the position of Chairperson of SATUNAMA‘s supervisory board, he works as an officer in the Advocacy Division at the Centre of Human Rights Studies and Democracy at Atmajaya University, a member of the board of the Debritto Foundation, and Secretary of the Jesuit Schools Association in Indonesia.
Dr. Ir. Suhatmini Hardyastuti, MS
Has taught in the Department of Socio-Economic Agriculture, in the Faculty of Agriculture, Gadjah Mada University from 1982. She became Financial Manager for PT. Perkebunan, Perdagangan dan Konsultan Pagilaran Yogyakarta in 2009. She has a Ph.d degree from Gender and Development, Putra Malaysia University in 2000. From 1989 to 2004, she was a member of the research staff in the Center for Population and Policy Studies in Gadjah Mada University focusing on research in agriculture development and women and gender studies.
